Website: The KullThranUI website is a static site. We do not collect cookies, trackers, or personal information directly from your browser.

Discord Bot: When you use the Discord bot to submit a profile (e.g., via the !submitprofile command), we collect and store:

• Your Discord Username (to credit you as the author of the profile).
• The contents of your submission (profile name, description, and the configuration string).

2. How We Use Your Data

The information collected by the Discord Bot is exclusively used to populate the Community Profiles catalog on our website. Your Discord username is displayed publicly as the author of the submitted UI string.

3. Data Storage & Sharing

All submitted profiles and usernames are stored in a public GitHub repository file (profiles.json). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third-party marketing services or advertisers.

4. Your Rights

If you wish to have your Discord username or your submitted configuration string removed from the public website, please contact an administrator on the official KullThran Discord server, and it will be deleted from our records.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
